What is the Consultant Alliance? 

The Consultant Alliance is an application-only closed cohort of experienced consultants who are pursuing a less-is-more approach to growing their business. 

What makes the Alliance different from other groups? 

The Consultant Alliance is intentionally small with 10 consultants who applied and had to meet business requirements to join. Members agree to trust the less-is-more process, ignore shiny objects and participate fully in the process. Each member’s marketing roadmap is customized to their unique Gap Finder™ results, not a one-size-fits-all template. 

What’s the time commitment and meeting cadence? 

Monthly 90 min Zoom sessions (required) and between sessions, members should expect to spend about an hour of their time per week on related member work or "assignments.”

Is this a referral group?

Referrals are one part of the expected outcomes, but not the sole focus of The Consultant Alliance. The goal of the program is "sustainable, predictable growth" based on three areas: marketing strategies they learn from me, referrals from the group, and the online and in-person live events and masterminds.

What does onboarding look like?

Every new member begins with the Gap Finder Accelerator™ — a focused 2-hour working session that takes your Gap Finder Pro™ results and turns them into a prioritized growth plan. You leave knowing exactly which gaps deserve your attention first, with a plan for each of your four growth areas and a working draft of your referral-ready message.

From there, you roll directly into the monthly cohort sessions, which go deep on each growth area over the course of the year — installing the systems that make growth consistent and predictable.

How is success measured inside the Alliance?

You’ll be asked to track commitments in a provided, simple system regarding referral activity, marketing actions, business development habits that are tied to your Gap Finder™ roadmap. Monthly structures and pre-work will turn insight into specific, time-bound actions. Peer accountability partners will be available for support between sessions. 

How does the application and selection process work?

We invite you to fill out the application and if you meet the initial requirements, you’ll be invited to take Gap Finder™. If you score above an 84, you’ll be admitted to the open cohort of The Consultant Alliance. 

What if I meet some of the criteria for applying but not all?

Apply anyway! We’ll review every application and will be in close communication with you throughout the process.
